The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, lays down the rules on the protection and processing of personal data applies directly to all entities processing such data in any Member State of the European Union.
When visiting our website you do not need to provide any personal information. We collect only personal data (name, email, telephone), through our contact form, voluntarily provided by visitors, for commercial purposes, namely for sending campaigns and promotions, news, quotations or response to questions and requests for information.
Additionally, and only if the business proposal is approved, we may also request the taxpayer’s number, name, telephone number and email address of the contact person and billing address.
As data subject you have the right of access, rectification and deletion at any time, expressly expressing your will through the following forms:

Gula Visual, Lda collects personal data on its website for commercial proposal purposes (quotations). As well as other business interactions mentioned above.
In the case of the email you may also be asked for consent to send newsletter with our campaigns, promotions, news and other services.
The revocation can be carried out by communication to one of our contacts described in the previous point.
DATA STORAGE DURATION
The data is retained as long as there is a business relationship between Gula Visual, Lda and the data subject. If there is no business relationship, data storage will be kept for 10 years on our systems.
